            About the Role
As Training Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of ATOM’s training and competency framework. This position supports our strategic objective to build and retain exceptional talent and capability across the organisation, while aligning with recognised industry best practices. 
You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ATOM’s operations training management framework. This includes oversight of the training management system, coordination of specialised internal training programs, and ensuring that all programs are delivered in accordance with company-wide competency requirements,. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure training initiatives meet business needs, legislative obligations, and risk management standards.
In addition, you will review training profiles to ensure they are fit for purpose, standardise internal training programs to promote consistency across our geographically dispersed operations, and conduct training needs assessments. You will collaborate with content owners to design and develop training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules. This includes facilitating both in-person and online training sessions as required, and monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
About You
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing and delivering training and competency frameworks across multi-site operations, with a strong understanding of industry standards, ideally gained within a similar high risk environment. You will be skilled in designing targeted learning programs aligned with competency requirements and possess a proven ability to manage training systems and processes that balance technical rigour with user accessibility. With strong analytical capabilities, you will leverage performance data and participant feedback to refine training strategies and drive continuous improvement. Confident in delivering engaging training sessions via platforms such as Microsoft Teams, you will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and support competency-based employee development.
